Marc E. Angelucci is an associate at Lindborg & Drill LLP, where he
focuses his practice on complex construction litigation and transactional
law. He has been the lead litigator in the discovery and research phases of
several million dollar construction defect and claims cases. He has also
successfully resolved disputes using his experience in alternative dispute
resolution, including arbitration and mediation.
Mr. Angelucci's diverse practice also includes administrative law, appellate
law, constitutional law, medical malpractice and legislative advocacy. He
has successfully tried cases involving architectural compliance with federal
law. He also has experience in cases involving the California Unfair
Business Practices Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, the
California Unruh Act and MediCal law.
Mr. Angelucci has been the lead attorney in major high-profile cases
involving paternity fraud and civil rights. In 2001, he was instrumental in
overturning the Superior Court's decision in County of Fresno v. Gunther,
which involved paternity and the calculation of child support. In 2003, he
was part of a State paternity fraud committee appointed by Governor Grey
Davis.
Mr. Angelucci has published articles in the L.A. Times, the Daily Journal,
The Docket, the L.A. District Attorney's newsletter and the Daily Bruin.
He has been quoted in numerous articles and has appeared as a guest on
the Phil Donahue Show on MSNBC and the John & Ken show on KFI, as
well as on KRLA and KMPC, and was featured in the L.A. Times in
February 2002.
