Scott London, an associate at Lindborg & Drill LLP, concentrates his law practice on complex construction and business litigation.  He is also experienced in retirement law actions and employment disputes and has represented a wide array of industries, including medical, finance, construction, real estate, as well as governmental agencies.

Mr. London’s litigation experience is equally diverse and includes contract claims, alter ego theories of recovery, derivative suits, property distribution, fraud, statutory compliance, injunctive relief, construction defects, water rights, easement disputes, and sexual harassment.
